Mechanics’ Lien:  Obtained successful release of s $30,000 mechanics’ lien on a home.  Clients were informed that despite their payment to their contractor, clients were obligated to pay a sub-contractor based on contractor’s failure to pay the sub.  Prior to summary judgment, opposing side dismissed the action.

Return of Property:  Obtained successful return of busiess assets taken by a business partner for allegedly money owed to him.  All property was returned and case dismissed before trial.

Breach of Contract:  Obtained default judgment for party who agreed to loan individual $40,000.  Judgment included attorneys’ fees and costs in pursuing the matter.
